Description: 

Project Managers/Program Administration for the Seal Beach Regional Trail.  The regional Trail was broken into four segments; Marina Drive from Pacific Coast Highway to First Street, Seal Beach Boulevard from Pacific Coast Highway to Electric Avenue, Pacific Coast Highway from Surfside to Seal Beach Boulevard.  This project requires coordination with Caltrans, Navy, Army Corp of Engineers, CDFG, and National Marine Fisheries.  Funding for this program was through TEA-21 and California State Parks and Recreation Department.

Each segment will be a standalone project requiring seperate PS&E's as well as environmental clearances.  The project includes two bridges at Anaheim Bay and over a rail crossing at Kitts Highway.  In addtition, the project consists of curb and gutter, a meandering recreational path, bike amenities, drainage channel modifications, and landscaping.
