Ron Brust, P.E. Engineering Director and Project Manager P.E. Registration #22903 Civil Engineering - California Mr. Brust has over 30 years of civil engineering experience, which includes 23 years as Director of Public Works/City Engineer for the City of Rohnert Park (40,000 population) in northern California. Mr. Brust experience includes manager for development projects in the City of Seal Beach, Staff Support for the City of Westminster, and project manager for various projects. His experience includes; freeway interchanges, golf course development, drainage channel restorations, hydrology improvements, arterial street widening, intersection modifications, and median improvements.
