Description: WGZE served as Project Manager for project funding and documentation as well as preparation of the Plan, Specifications & Estimates. Seal Beach Boulevard Rehabilitation project was funded through the Federal AHRP Program. The project required removal and replacement of approximately 6,800 linear feet of roadway. The existing lane configuration was maintained and consisted of 3 lanes northbound, 3 lanes southbound, raised median and striped bike lanes. Included in the project was; reconstruction of the existing pavement and sub base, minor curb and gutter, cross fall, striping and detector loops. Coordination with FHWA and Caltrans.
